Here is the current list of creatures that can be found throughout Valhalla. If you have any Suggestions, questions, or comments; feel free to post them here.

A

Alpha Wolf - The biggest wolf in a pack. This wolf leads a pack with at least a dozen other wolves following it.

B

Bat - These night-lovers are usually found in caves or dungeons. They are rarely seen outside; especially in the day.

Battle Phoenix - The Battle Phoenix are used to guard the elite Elven warriors and priests. They are used as mounts and companions but don't underestimate them. The Battle Phoenix has the ability to glide to an opponent giving them defence against most close combat weapons. They also have sharp talons that can be used whilst attacking opponents. People have also them use a healing ability and some offensive spells that can put fear into the most battle hardened warriors. A battle phoenix is a herbivore and comes in a variety of colours usually red, blue, yellow, black and white depending on it's element.

Bull Tarlones - Relatives of the Tarlones, these creatures have large tusks and a very aggressive attitude. It can usually be found on the Western coast of Revia with their relatives, the Tarlone. These creatures are often aggresive and will usually be found in a pack of six. It was written in an old tomb North of the Elemental Shrines that these creatures were once used as war beasts by a race from the 1st Era. They would cut their spikes from on top of their shell and smelt them on the side to cut through charging warriors and riders in the battlefield.

C

Cat - A simple, common cat that can be found throughout Valhalla. They come in hundreds of different colours and patterns and are commonly used as pets.

Chicken - A small bird-like animal found in many farms and "country" areas. They are usually white but can sometimes be found with different colours.

Cow - A large animal found in many farm areas and sometimes in the wild. They are usually killed for their delicious meat by farmers and hunters alike. Cows come in different sizes and have skin with many different patterns.

D

Dakhla - A large serpent-like creature that lives in the sewers under Turmah. It has greenish-yellow scales covering it's body and a sharp tail with the potential of poisoning it's enemy. The Dakhla is not a creature new adventurers should face.

E

Earth Elemental - A creature risen by the pure power of an Element. Element Bearers are able to summon them with enough experience but they are usually found in areas comfortable to their element

Ents - Ents are large, peacefull creatures that live with the Elven people Of I’Kalina (and surrounding settlements). They are said to be actual ancestral siblings of the Elven people and contain mystical powers that were given to them by Coia, God of Creation. Ents are large tree-like beings ranging from 6 to 18 metres tall. They use both Physical and magical attacks that are similar to the Elvish Crystal Melodies.

F

Fire Elemental - A creature risen by the pure power of an Element. Element Bearers are able to summon them with enough experience but they are usually found in areas comfortable to their element.

G

Giant Scorpion - A 4-6m creature that is feared by many travelers. It's sting is just enough to instantly kill a full grown adult without using it's poison. Giant Scorpions are usually a black, red, or brown colour and can be found in many areas. Tread lightly around these dangerous creatures.

Giant Spider - A 3-5m creature that is feared by many travelers. It's bite alone is enough to kill a full grown adult without the poison. Giant spiders can be found with many different colours and designs and are usually living in forest with webs strong enough to slow down a Tarlone.

Ghoul - A soul that was kept back from going to the afterlife by a lich. They are easy to spot in the night but difficult to kill. These undead are a favourite to the liches because those who are Ghouls were ones who were elementally blesses.

K

Kalahad Snake - A two metre long snake that can usually be found in the Kalahad desert. It carries poison in it's body, capable of killing an infant in less than a minute. The Kalahad snake is a charcoal colour but can blend into it's environment when catching it's prey.

L

Lich - A powerful creature that once used to be human. Those who practice Necromancy enough become one of these evil creatures after dying.

Lost Soul - Souls that have not quite made it to their after life. They are confused or angry because they either have something they still need to do or they have been cursed by a dreaded Lich.

M

Minotaur - A large powerful creatures rarely found throughout Valhalla. These ancient beasts have the figure of a bull with long sharp horns and muscles the size of Giant's fist. They are usually found guarding a past treasure or living in caves with a mate.

Monjii - A small swift animal with brown fur and long ears. Many pirates like to keep these creatures for pets because of their nature for stealing. If there is one in sight; hold your gold tightly and walk away quickly.

O

Orc - Brute creatures that are found in the South. They are not too bright but will kill for food and anything that catches their attention. Orcs vary in sizes and can surprise you by holding any weapon during combat. Goblins believe that these brutes are meant for war.

P

Pig - The basic pig found throughout the world. They vary in sizes and are usually pink or brown but can sometimes be born with a rare colour making them worth much more.

Plague Monk -

Posessed Ent - Unlike their original nature, these ents are captured by Dark Elves or Necromancer and are posessed with Necromancy magic. A certain symbol is carved into their bark that will allow their new master to control them however they like.

S

Shadow - A mysterious and uncatergorised dark human or animal silhouettes that can be found lurking around dark areas. They are not aggresive creatures but they will attack if provoked. It is not known how these creatures are created but their have been stories from the past that tell of how they leave their former being and become an entity of their own if they dislike him/her. It is now used to scare children at night but it is still not proven that it's not true.

Shadow Claw - This feline mount was created by the Dark Elves through lots of cross breeding of wild animals and magically enchanting them. After years of work the Dark Elves where happy with what they had created. This cat has razor sharp claws, teeth and a tail that it can fire barbs out of that stick in the enemy. Shadow Claws feed on whatever they can find as they still have there wild instinct so they have a natural gift when it comes to sneaking up on opponents and pouncing on them. Shadow Claws are usually black but they can have different patterns of white spots and stripes but there also can be on very rare occasions a white Shadow Claws can be born but unless there mother protects them and escapes then they are usually killed at birth by Dark Elves.

Skeleton - Summoned by Liches or risen by Necromancers. Skeletons are common around graveyards or anywhere with an evil presence.

Slathar - The Slathar are a four legged armoured reptile with a clubbed tail they also have sharp claws for powerful kicking and scratching attacks. This reptile is also incredibly fast perfect for hit and run attacks and quick escapes but they are also very durable. These reptiles are omnivores and are usually dark green or dark brown.

T

Tarlones - Large, quick turtle-like creatures with spikey shells and rough skin. It can usually be found on the Western coast of Revia with their relatives, the Bull Tarlone. These creatures are sometimes aggresive and will usually be found in a pack of six. It was written in an old tomb North of the Elemental Shrines that these creatures were once used as war beasts by a race from the 1st Era. Troll - A tall and savage creature that settles down in the Eastern mountains with a family or by themselves. They have either brown or grey skin and have a single bulging eye on their head. You can see them carrying tree trunks for their weapons or even large rocks, axes, and the uncommon but very possible troll arm.

V

Vampire - a cursed fiend that was once mortal. Vampires were either unwillingly bitten by a vampire or they willingly drank vampire blood. They feed on the blood of the living and are thought invincible although they do have their weaknesses.

W

Water Elemental - A creature risen by the pure power of an Element. Element Bearers are able to summon them with enough experience but they are usually found in areas comfortable to their element

Wind Elemental - A creature risen by the pure power of an Element. Element Bearers are able to summon them with enough experience but they are usually found in areas comfortable to their element

Wolf - Usually found in forests near the North. They tend to stick with a pack; being led by the Alpha wolf but tey can sometiems be found alone.

Worgs - Worgs are captured and are usually used as a goblin mount but because of the sheer brutality and strength of these beasts they have become quite popular among the other races. These beasts feed on anything alive and are usually brown and have powerful legs and a mouth that is full of razor sharp teeth.

Z

Zombie - It lurks at night and it dark temples but no one ever mentions them in the open. Once their horrid smell fills the nostril of it's victim; all they can think to do is run. Zombies were first seen in 122 2E when the infamous lich Maldron Quedok rose an entire graveyard to fight for him. They can not be slain by the sword or by a piercing arrow; a nice burn will do.
